Hey! I made a delicious (well not that delicious) crepe last three days and guess what? I completely forgot to snap my steps (funny & not funny, right? Obviously I have the final result in which I'm going to post at the end) but I'm going to use pictures from other sources for the steps;). Crepe is a simple dessert or a thin pancake that you can make at anytime. I am going to share the simplest and easiest method with you, try at home and comment how it tasted or how it went❤︎. The ingredients are:

➨1 full cup of flour (all purpose flour),

➨5cups of Milk (350ml)

➨2 eggs (preferably powdered egg to avoid yolky smell)

➨2 tablespoons of sugar (or more because I love slightly sweet crepes),

➨Pinch of salt,

➨Pinch of baking powder (Optional)

➨2 tablespoons of butter (melted)

➨1 teaspoon vanilla flavour

➨Extra butter/oil when frying

Lets move on to the steps:

•So I just pop everything into a blender.

•Blend until very smooth batter (it should not be thick as pancakes).

Let batter aside for 30 mins at a room temperature.

•Next is to use a non-stick frying pan, place your pan under medium heat & grease with small amount of butter/oil.

•Pour in about 1/4 cup of batter (to your desired size).

•Flip if the other side is slightly browned.

•Place on a plate and serve with either cream or ice cream.

•You can also use any chocolates and fruits of your choice.

Below is the picture of my crepe

I used chocolate ice cream and milo for my dressing ^_^

[Ice cream melted because of hot crepe]

Forgot to place fork & knife ^_^

Full plate ❤︎_❤︎

To be honest this is how I eat my crepe

Forgetting things is one of my hobby, don't worry ;)

Thanks and share your opinions❀
